Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy


We at RR collections assure the authenticity and quality of our products.

At a website of RR collections, we have a very flexible returns policy which are customer friendly.

At RR collections, we strive to make each shopping experience outstanding and enriching. Hence, we partner with the best in the industry. We use logistics services from different providers we will notify you the name of the partner delivering your order, in advance. 

Shipping fee of Rs. 79 will be applied on all orders.

We try to ship all products of an order together. However, sometimes few products of an order may get dispatched from different locations. If so, we might ship some products out first and ship the remaining in a separate shipment to ensure that you don’t wait even a minute longer than you have to. We will notify you each time a shipment is dispatched or it is out for delivery; so that you can track it till we knock on your door.

We request you not to accept a package if it is tampered. In case you already have and that has an issue, Please reach out for help.

We initiate the refund immediately upon cancellations.  If you paid using your bank or e-wallet, it will reflect in the source account within 5 to 7 working days from the time of refund initiation. Please note that this is the time taken by the respective banks or e-wallets to process your refund.

Return/Replacement request for any Order should be submitted within 3 days of receiving the Product. However, in case of Damaged/ Missing/ Empty Packages/Wrong Product the request should be raised within 2 days of receiving the product and the product to be retuned within 7 days.  Refund/Replacement will be initiated only upon receiving of the product.  Replacement will depend upon the availability of the product.  In case the product was damaged while in your possession, RR collections will not be under any liability to process the refund / replacement.

The products that are shipped from us which are physically damaged, defective or are different from their description in the product details page are eligible for return and replacement as long as the exact item is available with the same brand/size or a similar product of same value/price.

If your order is combined with other active orders from your account and is shipped as a single shipment (common tracking number), then cancelling one order/item would result in cancellation of all the other orders/items combined in the shipment.

You can return the product(s) at our outlet address given below along with original packaging, all the tags & invoice. However, not all the products can be returned at our stores, so please check if products in your order are eligible for drop at store.  Else you can contact us through our email address provided.

Order Replacement can be done in following cases:
  • Wrong Size/ Color/ Style/ Quantity
  • Missing Parts/ Accessories/Empty Packages
  • Defective/ Damaged (if not under Manufacturer’s Warranty*)
  • Not as per description

Return Package should have the original Price tag and Packaging slip. Few products are Non-Returnable. Please refer to the product page for further reference.  For Manufacturer’s Warranty Products, you are required to visit the Brand Service Centre.
